Makers: Women Who Make America is an empowering documentary about how women have helped shape American over the last 50 years through one of the most sweeping social revolutions in our country’s history. Narrated by Meryl Streep, the documentary is built from first-person, intimate accounts of women who experienced this change of time, including movement leaders such as Gloria Steinem; opponents like Phyllis Schafly; celebrities including Oprah Winfrey, Katie Couric; political figures including Condoleezza Rice and Hillary Clinton; and Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen and many ordinary women.
